In December 2007 the airlines name was changed to hdair.com to bring it in line with the sister company HD Ferries Ltd.
The hdair.com management team has many years aviation experience, much of that experience has been gained within the contract, ad-hoc and ACMI cargo business hdair.com operates in. hdair.com's maintenance organisation is based at Coventry.
